The colors of the Institute of Computer Science are based on the corporate design guidelines of JGU and therefore contain the same shades.

The main colors should primarily be used for the design of media.

Orient Red | Orientrot
#C1002A
Aluminium Gray | Aluminiumgau
#636363
Signal Gray | Signalgrau
#9B9B9B
Winter White | Winterweiß
#E6E6E6
White | Weiß
#FFFFFF

The secondary colors can be used if the main palette has been used up or if no suitable color can be found for certain accentuations in graphics.

Dark Orange | Dunkelorange
#ff5500
Tallarn Flesh
#046380
#00a023
#f1c645
#754363

The lettering can be used as a variant with or without a working group. Therefore, the upper text should be the name of your working group and the lower text the name of the institute, alternatively Institute for and Computer Science. See the following example:

The font in the top line is always Noto Sans and in the bottom line Noto Sans Bold (bold print).

The logo is available in two versions: a color version (COLOR) and a monochrome version (MONO). Whenever possible, the color version should be used. The monochrome version should only be used if the color version is not available or if the color version is not suitable for the medium, for example due to a fixed background. With the monochrome version, the coloring can be adapted to the theme.

The following templates were created with Microsoft PowerPoint and are designed for its use. If you use Linux and cannot run PowerPoint on your computer, use the ZDV remote desktop environment instead.

This is particularly important for the print templates, as otherwise the scaling of objects will deviate.

PowerPoint template for information signs, door signs and name badges.

Template for presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint and Apple Keynote.

The doctoral students of the institute jointly maintain a GitLab project with a LaTeX template for theses.

The Asset Builder can be used to generate logo assets for the respective workgroup.

It is also possible to generate an e-mail signature here, which can be inserted directly as a signature in the Outlook webmailer or an e-mail program (such as Apple Mail). Thunderbird is not supported.
